Sven Wauters and Nathanaël Mariaule explored the Tiny Recursive Model TRM , a compact architecture built on iterative self correction, showing how specialised models can deliver strong reasoning on targeted tasks while remaining lightweight and cost-efficient enough to run locally. Baptiste Lacasse presented MailFlow , Sagacify ’s agentic email workflow solution, combining sentiment analysis , attachment understanding, business rules , orchestration, and human validation to support operational decision making without fully automating communication. The discussion focused on the realities of production AI : cost control, reliability, interface design, and where humans stay in the loop 💡 A strong start to the year, with plenty of ideas to explore next 🚀
