Paws, pedals, and presentations, this offsite had range 🐾 🚴‍♂️ 🧠

Two days in Stavelot brought us clearer minds, stronger legs, and at least one new team favourite: Stella, the hotel dog, who quickly stole the show (& everyone’s hearts).

Our offsite at Woodster Hotel in Stavelot blended everything we love: engaging workshops, incredible food, and just the right amount of chaos. From e-biking through rocky forest trails to spontaneous pool dips, chilling around the campfire, and late-night board games with a very open bar… it was the kind of team building that actually builds something.

A big thank you to Joana Schmitz and Marlys Boulan for the flawless organisation, and to Jérôme Marchal, whose great eye gave us the beautiful photos we’re sharing here 📸 Proof that the vibes really were as good as we remember.

We might’ve left the forest behind, but we’re definitely bringing some of that Woodster energy back with us

🚀 When an intern turns an idea into an AI product in 3 months… and this is just the beginning.

Today is Ilyas Preuveneers 's last day as our full stack developer intern. A great opportunity to look back on what he built during his internship: the Lead Generator. The concept? Drop in a single URL → and get a qualified B2B prospect list, ready to use. Collection, enrichment and validation — all driven by an AI agent. Ilyas demoed the progress of his project a few weeks ago, and the potential is already clear: a real time-saver for B2B prospecting. Under the hood, an automated pipeline orchestrated by an AI agent: 🔎 Scraping of the target URL and company extraction via the Lead Agent 🏛 Automatic enrichment via the Belgian Crossroads Bank for Enterprises (VAT, website, industry sector) 📇 Contact identification and data enrichment via Lusha ✅ Manual validation of results through an intuitive React interface 📤 Final export as a CSV file, ready to integrate into your CRM Thank you Ilyas for these 3 months and for everything you brought to the team. We wish you all the best for what comes next. 💚 #AI #B2BLeadGeneration #Prospecting #FullStack #Innovation #Sagacify #Internship

We ran a little experiment last night. Hypothesis: can team

Sagacify out-compete each other at board games? Results were inconclusive. Highly contested. Slightly chaotic. Tacos were made. Song years were debated with suspicious confidence. Imposters were exposed (mostly Solenne ). Flip 7 was flipped. Teams were reshuffled into combos we don't usually run in, and honestly? Best evening of the week. Massive thank you to everyone who made it happen. Already looking forward to the next one. 🌮🎲

At Sagacify, we don't just do Lunch & Learns. Sometimes we upgrade to a Snack & Share 🍪

Last week, Baptiste Lacasse and Joana Schmitz gathered us around some delicious pastries from Momade baking memories to present Project Radar, one of our internal initiatives that we're really excited about. The idea? Making sure the right people work on the right projects. Project Radar connects project managers and developers to opportunities that match their skills, preferences and crucially, their availability. Because great work happens when people are ready and energised, not stretched too thin. It's the kind of tool that reflects something we care about deeply: knowing our team, respecting their bandwidth, and setting everyone up for success. We're always learning, always looking for ways to work smarter and more efficiently. And if there are cookies and cupcakes involved, even better. #Sagacify #TeamCulture #ContinuousLearning #ProjectManagement

Our Lunch & Learn sessions are simple: a moment to share knowledge, test ideas, and learn from each other over lunch

🍜 Last Thursday marked the first one of the year. Sven Wauters and Nathanaël Mariaule explored the Tiny Recursive Model TRM , a compact architecture built on iterative self correction, showing how specialised models can deliver strong reasoning on targeted tasks while remaining lightweight and cost-efficient enough to run locally. Baptiste Lacasse presented MailFlow , Sagacify ’s agentic email workflow solution, combining sentiment analysis , attachment understanding, business rules , orchestration, and human validation to support operational decision making without fully automating communication. The discussion focused on the realities of production AI : cost control, reliability, interface design, and where humans stay in the loop 💡 A strong start to the year, with plenty of ideas to explore next 🚀
