Notre récente session était un peu différente. Joana Schmitz et Olivier Cuypers ont mené une rétrospective sur le bien-être et les processus. Nous avons eu l'occasion de repenser et d'améliorer notre approche de ces sujets importants, qui font partie intégrante de la culture de Sagacify visant à assurer des conditions de travail confortables pour tous les Sagacifians. 💼🌱

Nous apprécions ces réunions où nous collaborons pour améliorer l'entreprise et créer une meilleure atmosphère de travail pour nos collègues. 🤝

Sagacify travels to the Netherlands and Germany

We had an incredible time during our two-day team-building activity! From participating in different team workshops to sharing laughter and excitement, each moment was memorable.

Our favorite moments were the fun karaoke session, where we discovered hidden talents and shared lots of laughs, and the thrilling high-speed Taron ride at Phantasialand, which got everyone's adrenaline pumping.

These experiences not only strengthened our bond but also created memories that will last a lifetime. A big thank you to everyone who made it possible.

La session Lunch & Learn d'aujourd'hui a débuté par une présentation passionnante de Maxence Van Bockstaele sur les résultats de son stage en cours : un examen complet et une démonstration de Saga-RAG.

Parallèlement, Arne Kestemont a présenté des mises à jour intéressantes sur Skwiz, mettant en évidence de nouvelles avancées destinées à améliorer les performances de la solution.

Au milieu de cet échange animé de réflexions et de solutions novatrices, nous avons dégusté une délicieuse sélection de sushis, qui ont parfaitement accompagné notre repas intellectuel. 🚀🍣

Encore un team building épique dans l'histoire de Sagacify !

💥🧟‍♂️ On s'est bien amusé à combattre des zombies ensemble dans un jeu de réalité virtuelle, à travailler en équipe pour surmonter les différentes épreuves et sortir victorieux de l'aventure.

It's fascinating to see how these agents can seamlessly become part of our team, enhancing efficiency and problem-solving in ways we hadn't imagined.

Cyril Pletinckx then took us through the nuances of RAG platforms, focusing on their power to transform data handling and query responses. The live demo of immoAssist was a highlight, offering a glimpse into the practical applications of these technologies in enhancing our customers workflows.
