Business Data Analyst / Project Manager Intern

In short, your responsibilities :

Throughout your internship, you will collaborate closely with the IT Project Manager and actively contribute to various stages of projects. Your work will focus on the following areas :

• Business analysis & testing :
  • Document existing processes with accuracy
  • Participate in the development, description, and implementation of new processes
  • Conduct QA testing to validate the developments and ensure the highest level of quality within the defined business requirements
• Project management & support :
  • Assist in project delivery by using project management tools, and identifying key project indicators
  • Support Start-IA projects at every stage (before, during, and after workshops) through note-taking, file tracking, data requests, report creation, and structuring deliverables such as business requirements and user stories
  • Prepare functional documentation, and contribute to client proposals and quotes
  • Collaborate with the IT Project Manager by discussing and challenging ideas, bringing a fresh perspective to the team
• Process optimization :
  • Identify and understand the needs of the business and ensure that processes are clear, understood, and respected and recommend improvements

Skills & requirements :

• Business analysis skills to understand and restitute client business concepts
• Want to improve your communication skills but already base good basis
• Fluent in French, and you have professional skills in English, any other language is a plus
• Familiarity with Microsoft and Google applications and any project management tools (e.g. Kanban systems)
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
• High level of autonomy, integrity and passion for delivering quality work
• Prior internship experience in consulting or client-facing roles is a plus
• Master’s degree in Management, Project Management, Business Administration, Business Engineering, or related fields
• Available for 3 to 9 months, starting as soon as possible
