Highlights from one of our favorite monthly team-building activities: Lunch & Learn! 🥗📚

Our recent session was a bit different. Joana Schmitz and Olivier Cuypers led a retrospective on wellbeing and processes. We had the opportunity to rethink and improve our approach to these important topics, which are integral to Sagacify’s culture of ensuring comfortable working conditions for all Sagacifians. 💼🌱

We appreciate these meetings where we collaborate to improve the company and create a better working atmosphere for our coworkers. 🤝

Sagacify travels to the Netherlands and Germany

We had an incredible time during our two-day team-building activity! From participating in different team workshops to sharing laughter and excitement, each moment was memorable.

Our favorite moments were the fun karaoke session, where we discovered hidden talents and shared lots of laughs, and the thrilling high-speed Taron ride at Phantasialand, which got everyone's adrenaline pumping.

These experiences not only strengthened our bond but also created memories that will last a lifetime. A big thank you to everyone who made it possible.

Today's Lunch & Learn session opened as an illuminating encounter, led by Maxence Van Bockstaele's compelling presentation on the results of his ongoing internship: a comprehensive review and demonstration of Saga-RAG.

Concurrently, Arne Kestemont delivered engaging updates on Skwiz, Discovering new advancements set to enhance the solution's performance.

Amid this vibrant exchange of pioneering thoughts and strategies, we savored an exquisite selection of sushi, providing the perfect accompaniment to our intellectual nourishment. 🚀🍣

Another epic team-building adventure is in the books!

Cyril Pletinckx then took us through the nuances of RAG platforms, focusing on their power to transform data handling and query responses. The live demo of immoAssist was a highlight, offering a glimpse into the practical applications of these technologies in enhancing our customers workflows.

What stands out in these sessions is the blend of professional growth and team spirit. We're not just keeping up with the future; we're actively shaping it, together.
